Include your device model and app version. Do not send payment-card details or label photos containing personal information.

Barcode scan did not find a product

Not every EAN/UPC is in the public catalogs yet. Photograph the ingredient list (OCR) or add the product so it can be scored. Coverage is denser for food and cosmetics than for niche household SKUs.

Clean score looks wrong

The 0–100 score follows the ingredients we have. Incomplete labels show an insufficient-data state instead of a fake zero. If a formula changed, use Report outdated data on the result screen.

Restore Premium

Open Settings → Premium → Restore purchases, using the same Apple ID or Google account that bought the subscription or Lifetime unlock.

Is scanning free?

Yes. Core barcode and label scans stay free. Ads are capped. Premium is optional.
