These Terms govern use of the Clean Products mobile application, provided by FainTech Solutions. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Clean Products scans product barcodes or labels and produces educational ingredient and score information. Scores are automated estimates, not medical, nutritional, dermatological, or legal advice.
Product data comes from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. OCR may misread labels and products may be reformulated. Verify information against the physical label.
The app offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase through Apple or Google in-app purchase:
Localized prices are shown in the app and confirmed at purchase. Subscriptions renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled by the relevant store.
Core scanning and search remain available without a purchase. We do not retroactively remove features already paid for. The Lifetime purchase has no renewal.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Scan history stays on-device unless you choose account sync.
Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its scoring engine beyond what applicable law permits.
We may update these Terms. The updated date identifies the latest version. Mandatory consumer protections in your region continue to apply.
